SEAL Team Season 5 Premiere Date, Cast, Trailer, Synopsis & More

While SEAL Team Season 5 is not confirmed yet, we hope it will happen. Here’s everything we know so far, with updates to come as we go.

We are still patiently waiting for CBS renewal SEAL Team for Season 5. It’s not guaranteed yet, but we’re leaning on the good news side for that. Although the show is declining in popularity in terms of live ratings, it is one of those that tackles important topics even outside of the military.

Of course, since it’s not yet renewed, we know very little about what’s to come on SEAL Team Season 5 so far. You will, however, want to bookmark this post. We’ll update it as we get more information, including a premiere date and trailer.

Here’s a look at what we know so far.

SEAL Team Season 5 Premiere Date

We start with the premiere date, which we don’t have yet. However, if the show is renewed, it will likely remain on the fall schedule. And we know that CBS wants to return to the traditional television program for the 2021-2022 season.

We watch the show keeping the Wednesday evening slot. The question is whether it will stay at 9/8c or CBS will push it to 10/9c.

Update (May 18, 2021): ViacomCBS confirmed SEAL Team Season 5 what will happen. It will get a first premiere on CBS but it will then move on to Paramount+.

SEAL Team Season 5 Cast

The show saw a few cast changes from the start, but the main Bravo team members remained. We envision this remaining the same for Season 5. This means we envision the following return:

  • David Boreanaz as Jason Hayes
  • Max Thieriot as Clay Spenser
  • Neil Brown Jr. as Ray Perry
  • AJ Buckley as Sonny Quinn
  • Toni Trucks as Lisa Davis

There are guest stars from time to time. We’ll have to wait and see how things turn out with Season 4 to see if any of the current recurring characters stick around.

SEAL Team Season 5 Trailer

There’s no trailer yet, which isn’t that surprising. Not only are we waiting for a renewal, but we will also have to wait for it to be filmed. The trailer will only arrive closer to the premiere date, so we’re looking at summer at the earliest.

SEAL Team Season 5 Synopsis

As for the synopsis, it’s hard to say. Of course, we’ll see Bravo Team continue their missions to help rescue innocent people, hostages, and more. Hopefully Season 5 will see Bravo Team return to the same page in itself. It has been difficult to watch each member drift away from their brothers and even their family.

SEAL Team currently airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on CBS. Find the series on Paramount+.
