SEAL Team Season 5 gets a limited linear run

CBS has unveiled its fall 2021 schedule, and there are plenty of changes to come. SEAL Team Season 5 happens, but it only gets a limited linear run.

The good news is that Bravo Team will have another release. The bad news is that not everything will be broadcast on the Eye network. In place, SEAL Team Season 5 will move to Paramount+ after a limited linear run.

Our show also gets a new night and a new timeslot. Instead of airing its limited run on Wednesdays, the series moves to Sunday nights after The equalizer and NCIS: THE. Yes, that means a 10/9c time slot on a Sunday, possibly running later when football is on. Sundays are a tricky night, but since it’s a limited run, that’s not too surprising.

It’s unclear exactly how many episodes will air on the network, according to the report by TVLine. However, previous reports suggested four episodes before moving to Paramount+ where it would air the rest of its season. It will likely stick to a weekly release schedule on Paramount+ due to the way the show is filmed. Otherwise, there will be a huge pause waiting for a binge-watch drop.

SEAL Team Season 5 isn’t the only change to the CBS Fall 2021 schedule

After SEAL Team has its limited duration, TO CRUSH will be taking over this Sunday evening time slot. First of all, TO CRUSH will air on Fridays at 8/7c, taking MacGyveris the square. When TO CRUSH changes, the Friday timeslot will be for an unscripted show.

NCIS is also on the move after 18 seasons in the Tuesday night timeslot. It heads into Mondays at 9/8c, taking All stand upis the time slot! This is partly to help with the most recent NCIS spin off, NCIS: Hawaiiand in part to give CBS a FBI Tuesday.

As for Tauruswhich changes to Thursdays at 10/9c. FBI switches to 8/7c on Tuesdays to serve as an introduction to a new spin-off FBI: international.
