Miss Earth USA will be crowned January 8 in Orlando. The national televised competition presented by AquaGoat will bring together the 3 most recent winners of Miss Earth.

WASHINGTON, DC, United States, December 15, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – A new US representative for Miss Earth will be crowned on Saturday January 8 at the Linda Chapin Theater located in the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Nearly 150 state and regional delegates will attend the pageant activities organized by the Rosen Center Hotel.

Known as Beauties for a cause®, Miss Earth® empowers women through community leadership, ecotourism and environmental education. Miss Earth is known as the most important beauty event on the planet, each year attracting nearly 100 national representatives to participate in international festivities based in the Philippines.

Presented by AquaGoat, the Miss Earth United States® Final Crowning will be broadcast live on the Pageantry VIP channel available on mobile devices worldwide, Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV. Other events during the week include a charity gala, preliminary competitions, the Teen Miss Earth USA and Ms. USA Earth contest finals, and the presentation of a new national crown designed by Andrew Ibos.

The charity gala takes place on January 6 and proceeds will go to wildlife conservation organizations including Save the Manatee, Central Florida Animal Reserve and Seal Society of San Diego. Scholarship finalists will be honored and a presentation by the Rosen Hotels scholarship recipient Marisa Paige Butler, 2021 Miss Earth United States.

A unique meeting will also be held, special for the pageant industry. Will be presenting Belize’s Miss Earth Destiny Wagner, which was recently crowned on November 21 via a virtual format due to COVID-19 restrictions hampering international travel. Wagner will first meet the two most recent Miss Earth winners Lindsey Coffey of the United States and Nellys Pimentel of Puerto Rico.

Wagner is a 25-year-old entrepreneur and author. She said: “We have endured so much this year. It’s a moment we can be proud of. We’ve been divided for so long, it’s a moment that will bring us together.”

Miss Earth USA is recognized as a charitable organization with 501 (c) 3 tax exempt status. Each of the State delegates leads her choice of community environmental projects. From January 5-7, delegates will participate in a community cleanup in partnership with Garbo Grabber and The Clean Earth Project. A selected group will visit the Central Florida Animal Preserve and enjoy an eco-touristic manatee sighting at Blue Spring Park.

In its 21st year, Miss Earth USA will be partnering for the first time with the newly founded company AquaGoat.
